Welcome to My Blissful Time. By using this website and our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions

We offer two independent services:

• Personal Training – Fitness coaching and wellness guidance
• Notary Public Services – Document notarization and legal witnessing
  These services are unrelated and governed by different regulations.

• Personal Training: Clients must be 18+ or have guardian consent. Participation is voluntary, and all physical activity is at your own risk.
• Notary Services: Valid government-issued ID is required. Documents must be complete before notarization. Notaries do not provide legal advice.

All services require payment in advance.

• Personal Training:
  
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule.
  • No-shows are non-refundable.
• Notary Services:
  
  • Fees are charged per signature in accordance with Florida law.
  • Once notarization is complete, payments are non-refundable.

• Personal Training: We are not liable for any injuries during training. Please consult your physician before beginning any fitness program.
• Notary Services: Notaries are not responsible for the content, legality, or consequences of signed documents.

Your privacy matters. We protect your information in accordance with the Florida Information Protection Act (FIPA). See our Privacy Policy for more.

All content, branding, and materials on this website are the property of My Blissful Time. Use, reproduction, or distribution without permission is prohibited.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes must be resolved within its legal jurisdiction.
