Yes! I offer online coaching and virtual training sessions, so you can work out from anywhere with expert guidance.

I offer general nutritional guidance but recommend consulting a registered dietitian for detailed meal plans.

To respect everyone’s time, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a partial or full session fee.
• No-shows will be charged the full session rate.
• I understand that life happens — if there’s an emergency, please reach out as soon as possible.

Yes, as both a Certified Personal Trainer and a Florida Notary Public, I strive to provide professional and ethical services to all clients. However, I reserve the right to respectfully decline service if a request:

• Violates legal or ethical standards within my profession.
• Compromises my personal or professional integrity.
• Involves inappropriate behavior, harassment, or disrespect.
• Is outside my scope of expertise or does not align with my business policies.

If I am unable to proceed with a service, I will communicate my decision professionally and, when possible, provide guidance on alternative options.

Yes! I offer mobile notary services and can meet you at your home, office, or another convenient location (travel fees may apply).

Florida law sets standard notary fees. My rates are:
•Florida Notary Fees

• Standard Notarial Acts: For services such as taking acknowledgments, administering oaths or affirmations, and attesting to photocopies, the maximum fee is $10 per notarial act.
  Florida Legislature
• Solemnizing Marriage: As a Florida notary, you're authorized to solemnize marriages. The fee for this service is $30, aligning with the fees charged by the clerks of the circuit court.
  Florida Senate
• Remote Online Notarization (RON): Once you're certified to perform RON, the allowable fee is up to $25 per online notarization.
  •  (for mobile services)Travel fees are based on the distance traveled and are determined by the current fuel costs and mileage. Please contact me for an exact quote based on your location.
  • Additional fees may apply for after-hours or urgent requests.

No, all signers must be present with a valid ID. If an in-person meeting isn’t possible, online notarization may be an option.

Yes! However, I cannot translate documents—please bring a translated version if needed.

Yes, as a Florida Notary Public, I must follow state laws and ethical guidelines. I may decline notarization if:
• The signer does not have proper identification.
• The document is incomplete or contains blank spaces.
• The signer appears to be coerced, unaware, or unwilling.
• The notarization request violates Florida notary laws.

If I am unable to perform a notarization, I will kindly explain the reason and provide guidance on possible next steps.
